Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your confirmation email.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details (when available).

Order Tracking

Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
GD Designs and Creations is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect addresses provided by the customer, or natural events.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
