Refund policy

At GD Designs and Creations, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please review our return and refund guidelines below.


Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns for 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible, items must be:

    • Unused, unworn, and in their original condition

    • In the original packaging (if applicable)

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)


Non-Returnable/Final Sale Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Digital downloads

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale products


Return Process

  1. Contact us at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions and the return shipping address.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  4. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • If you need a replacement, please contact us at angela@angelagoodetaylor.com within 7 days of delivery.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
